Every project I take on at Helping You Flourish is about creating focused momentum. Whether we’re tightening up a system, building a process, or tackling a long-overdue part of your backend work, I’m here to make things clearer, simpler, and more efficient.

How We Work Together
My goal is to make our time together seamless, collaborative, and results-driven. So here’s everything you need to know as we begin:
- Invoicing & Payment
Payment is due (per payment agreement) before services can proceed. Monthly invoices are sent on the 1st of every month and payment is due upon receipt. All payments are made through debit/credit card, Zelle or Paypal. - Hours of Operation
My standard hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday 10:30 – 1:30 (Central Standard Time). During these hours, you can expect timely responses and support. You’re welcome to email me at any time and I’ll get back to you during work hours. - Progress Updates
You’ll receive clear updates as progress is made. Consistent updates will ensure transparency and less guesswork on your part. - Refund Policy
Because project timelines are booked in advance and I reserve time just for your business, refunds are not available once work begins. This policy helps ensure dedicated, uninterrupted focus for each client I serve. For ongoing projects without a clear end date, 4 pauses are allowed in a 12 month period as outlined in the service agreement. - Confidentiality
Your business information is always handled with the utmost discretion and security. Confidentiality is central to our work, and you can trust that any sensitive details will be protected. - Password Management
I use LastPass for the secure sharing of passwords and sensitive information. All you need to do is set up a free LastPass account and share passwords to essy@essymuraguri7.com. You get to decide whether I can view the password or not. Either way, I can still have access. This ensures all access is safely managed and maintained. - Communication
Email is the best way to reach me. I check my inbox twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, to ensure I stay focused on the work I’m doing. If something is truly time-sensitive or urgent, feel free to send a text message during working hours for a quicker response. - Meetings
We’ll set up monthly check-ins via Zoom to ensure everything stays aligned and on track, even as we continue to build our working relationship.

This project-based work is billed at a flat rate, so there’s no tracking hours or unexpected fees. You can focus on the outcome, while I focus on delivering it.
✓ Dedicated Focus & Regular Updates
I carve out time specifically for your project without distractions, just clear momentum. You’ll receive regular updates so you’re in the loop without having to chase down progress.
✓ Timely Delivery
We’ll stick to the timeline outlined in the proposal. If anything shifts due to feedback or new info, I’ll communicate that right away so we stay aligned and avoid any last-minute surprises.
✓ A Thoughtful Wrap-Up
For projects with a clear end date, you’ll receive all final deliverables along with a handoff summary or next steps (if needed). My goal for all projects is to leave you with results you feel confident in.
