Communication & Response Times
Primary Communication: Email
This allows us to stay organized, clear, and focused.
You may email at any time. You can expect responses within 24-48 hours during working hours.
Calls & Meetings
- Scheduled calls are booked through the scheduler link I provide.
- Strategy or review calls will be agreed upon as needed
Weekly Updates
You’ll receive weekly updates that summarize:
- What was completed
- What’s in progress
- What’s next
- Any questions or access needed
Monthly System Reviews
At the end of each month, you’ll receive a high-level review of:
- system improvements
- bottlenecks
- recommendations
- next month’s priorities
Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 10am–3pm CST
Friday: 10am–1pm CST
Closed on:
- Federal holidays
- Thanksgiving week
- Last two weeks of the year
A healthy rhythm allows me to bring my best to your business.
Invoicing & Payment
- All invoices are sent on the 1st of each month
- Payment is due upon receipt
- Prorated invoices will be issued for mid-month starts
- Payments are made via bank transfer
- Services begin or continue once payment is received
Refunds & Rollover
Due to the dedicated nature of this partnership, refunds and rollover hours are not offered.
This ensures fairness and availability across all client commitments.
Confidentiality & Security
Your business information is handled with care and discretion.
For secure password sharing, I use LastPass.

The first month is foundational. This is where we:

- Document initial processes

- Establish your operations rhythm
You’ll always know what I’m working on and what’s coming next.
What I Need From You
To best support your business, I ask that you:
- Provide timely access to required systems
- Share honest communication about goals and challenges
- Respond within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide feedback as needed
- Bring openness to simplifying or restructuring where beneficial
You don’t need to have everything “figured out.”

Scope of Support
Your systems-focused OBM support includes:
- Workflow documentation & SOPs

Support does not include, unless explicitly agreed upon:
- Administrative task execution
- Inbox management outside of client journey workflows
- Marketing content creation
- Customer service
- Personal tasks
